This school year I decided to help assist in after school clubs, specifically Ninja Obstacle Course Club. I was excited to help and hang out with the kids it sounded fun. On the first day of club I brought the kids to the gym, expecting the club to go easy I was in for a rude awakening. I don’t know what it was maybe the kids were excited or maybe they just had a lot of energy but getting the kids to listen was a task. That first day was a learning for me for sure I learned quick what work and what did not work to get the kids attention. Being part of the admin team I’m not in the classroom so this is a new experience for me.
